My family and I were watching with my bro and his wife who's a Parisienne and they're over here visiting us for a few days. There were a few cries of 'Merde!' from my sister-in-law, but otherwise they said they thought it was a fair win and France didn't play as well as they had. Basically they said, 'At least France made it to the final'.

And, as expected by me, my bro has interrogated my hubby and I as to why we think England doesn't do well in internationals anymore. Well, as well as a huge number of our football teams being composed of foreign players, my hubby reckons our players just do not have the same drive and passion for playing for England as other countries' footballers seem to have playing for theirs e.g. Wales. Hubby also reckons that's because these countries maybe feel they have to prove something whereas the English don't or can't be bothered to anymore. Anyone have any thoughts on this....Jack, Rogana?

I would love to be able to give my bro a decent answer but maybe it will always remain a mystery to us all.
Maybe Scotland, Ireland and Wales are more passionate ,because firstly they are Celtic nations, but they have never won a big tournament where as England might feel entitled to win as they once won the World Cup and might feel more entitled to win?

morning people!!

I'm doing my first day back as supervisor after a 7 year break today, had my manager watsapping me last night with instructions for stuff I've never even heard about before so today will be interesting!

I tell you, if they use this as an opportunity to pick off Jason, I will be FURIOUS.
Good luck.
I expect they're are trying to confuse you with techy/posh names for stuff you know how to do.

Same as above photo, and they're sniping at each other on Twitter again. Poor baby doesn't stand a chance, sounds like she won't let him see it.

Good luck today Mellon!! I'm sure you'll do fine

I've got my first night's work tonight, got a little cleaning job. First job in ten years and I know it's just cleaning, but nervous!!

Hmm, wonder why they're not accepting comments. They do on everything else!!

It's a big bump from someone who had no bump at all just a couple of weeks ago. It's just a shame that already she's saying that he won't see it, not very fair at all. Kids should never be used as a weapon.

That's why she didn't show off her bump - waiting for the right deal.

It's going into the unknown, no such thing as just cleaning bet you have higher standards of clean than what they will expect you to do. be prepared to cut corners as most probs have a time limit. good luck and take a pair of marigolds with you.

Did we expect anything less from her, poor kid will be used for years to get her publicity and of course the column in Ok all about how she is coping and the book deal.(rolls eyes)

There's her 250th (most prob more) lie on the front cover, Jim has said he would be there if the baby is his, but not for her and that's been printed in black and white somewhere in the media.

WE all knew she was doing a shoot , she looks bigger than i thought at this stage, but she is in a thin dress thing so bump looks bigger ?

She's still attention seeking then, she loves being talked about, negative or otherwise.
She'll be a right b*tch to Jimbob over this, she gets possessive to a point of unhealthy over ANYTHING< she even tried to take the puppy back even though it wasn't in its best interests. She's DECIDED Jimbob does'nt want anything to do with her and the baby, she's a b*tch, she probably hasn't given him the chance to discuss anything.

Good luck with the job - you'll be fab, don't worry, the time will whizz by !
If you need any tips, don't ask me of course

She's going to fight that, she will see herself as owning that baby like a pair of expensive shoes, he has a battle on his hands, but there's no legal right he can get between Dublin, Ireland and England to see baby via the courts , i think

I also dont think he has been given the chance to do anything. They wanted an exclusive without him.He doesnt want the relationship.Having said that being pregnant is very different from having the baby.

There are people and football players passionate about the game in England, problem is they are not the plonkers chosen to play for their country or they're not English.

Hey we ALL know she's full of sh*t.

She lie's a lot! I've said it before he is doing the right thing and not being involved in an abusive relationship till there is a sprog. He has doubt's and is whatever 'single mums' say he sould NOT be involved until there is proof that he is the biological dad and then if it's true then it can be sorted privately without the intrusion of the press/ selling.

She has NO proper carear anymore just making money from the old coffee room mags (there's some people who you just really don't want to talk to ).
