To a casual reader who knows nothing about her, she probably comes across quite well in OK, and will gain some sympathy, but they don't know the whole story. Those of us who follow her in the media and on twitter, etc. we've seen her nasty side, and we know it's all crap.

As for her deluded fans, well they're saying how proud they are of her and how strong she is What has she ever done to be so idolised and looked at as a role model, it completely baffles me
