Already saw this, the fireworks simply malfunctioned causing large plumes of smoke, no fire. Understandably, it would cause panic to people in Paris though.

I know, it's terrible. I lived and worked in London during the 7July 2005 attacks andworked in St Mary's Axe which is right next to Liverpool Street. We heard the blast but the first we knew of it was our boss arriving in tears as she had just left her husband on the tube 5 minutes before. Every time something like this happens it makes me feel physically sick.

One thing that will always stick with me was the comradery as everyone walked home from the city that afternoon.

They're not confirming if there was one driver or two in lorry as yet, but sounds like just lone driver, no passengers from current reports.

Misinformation about hostages being taken.

They're saying 70 fatalities and 50 injured,but conflicting , so it's all unconfirmed at the moment. There were 1000s of people/families watching the fireworks display , just terrible.

These people must be drugged or drunk - maniacs. No sensible person would go out to kill themselves and others. The time of the Glasgow Airport attack the two attackers were found to be both drunk and drugged.

That really gets my goat, the incident is terrible enough without 'reputable' news outlets reporting exaggerated reports and rumours as fact, all in a bid to be the first to get the story.

When I lived and worked in London no one would have believed anything like this would be possible.

11 years ago it was shocking, as was 9/11. Now it is a common occurrence and to be expected. They are becoming more and more difficult to prevent, if someone is making bombs, they have to obtain or smuggle the parts and likely be part of a network with planning involved. Any lunatic can drive a lorry in to a crowd of people.

Now its' expected everywhere. They must be brainwashed.
