I think he's best to remain silent. If he says anything to hit back, he would be criticized for attacked a pregnant woman.

I think there's a massive chance he's the father but let's consider this theory - JIM dumps her so she planned to get pregnant and pass off the baby as his so he'd come back to her. So she jumped into bed with the first gullible willy wiggler she could find. But JIM doesn't believe her and still wants nothing to do with her. Now she's going around wearing a fake baby bump to make herself look further along.

Sounds really farfetched but her life is like a big soap opera, it wouldn't surprise me.
