I have a sunbed once a week as it helps my psoriasis, the real kicker is that the GP recommended it.

I swear by it, none of the steroid creams ever worked but sunbeds really do. It is completely gone now but if I skip a few weeks, it comes back. And, 4 minutes a week isn't causing damage to the skin.
