It's hard to split the next ones but at the moment:
2. Jayne by a whisker, she's become more likeable as the series has gone on, and will always be held dear for the "are you on drugs" DR rant.
3 /4 can't split Jason and Andy I find them very similar in many ways and there's things about both I like/dislike.
5 Jackson - quite a good character but a bit ott last night about "who I am" and being "accepted". He doesn't have half as much to worry about as Hughie in regards to that and I didn't really get that as he hasn't come across shy or lacking self esteem before.
6 Evelyn likeable in a shrugged Meh way. Deserves a place in the final but for me the least of those left.

Either of these two for me, I liked Hughie for the first few weeks but he wears me out now with his dramas.

See that's the same for me I liked Jason more earlier on. I know it's not totally his fault as he had been pushed hard, but I still prefer the earlier Jason. I kind of went off him when he's started getting sulky and paranoid he was hated. It just put me off. I did like Andys intelligence and quips but I don't like his superiority. I have noticed though that those who like Jason also like Andy, and I think that's why I can't split them. Different strokes for different folks!
But I do think they all deserve to be in the final and the right people are there. I won't begrudge whoever wins as they are all worthy this year.

Let's be honest here, we've seen what Charlie is like , and she has admitted treating him like shit , keeping celibate for most of their time together and hating wee Clio , SO , if he hasn't punched her lights out by now after a year of that crap then he has super human control and is a keeper . I'd keep him .
