She may well not like what I say, but it doesn't make her right. - my old man left I never stopped him seeing his children because it's not their fault our relationship didn't work. I would only ever back someone stopping the other parents access for an extreme reason (eg domestic violence).

Agree i grew up without my dad and growing up i thought i had done something wrong or it was my fault he wasn't around every child deserves both parents unless domestic violence etc...... because its has a lasting effect i still haven't fully got over it sorry for the long post

I really feel for you, Sandra and I know how it can affect someone having no Dad around. Every child deserves two parents, when they are growing up and it certainly isn't the child's fault and it can have lasting effects on them. She's wrong to ban JIM from seeing the child, if he is the father, even if he doesn't want anything to do with her anymore. Can they not get an intermediary who could communicate between them without them having to even see each other?
