If so then it's because of legal action , in my humble opinion .

My sister works in a charity shop and she tells us about some of the amazing brand name and brand new stuff that goes through that shop for very little. You really can pick up a bargain and they do get quite a substantial amount of end of line, brand new stuff from M&S, Heather.
