Question on final bill - have I lost £60?
Moved to plusnet - set my transfer date to be 10th June
My bt bill is dated 6 June and they've charged me for £56 + I have a early leaving contract fee of £9 So basically, have I paid a months worth of infinity 2. + line rental for 4days worth or usage? Or will I get this refunded so 24 days worth of services refunded in the bt final bill? |

You need to contact them and inform them that the reason for your cancellation is their July 2016 price increase - that is a valid reason to leave early for free normally. |

Hurrah! Everything bar the £9 fee for cancelling early has been refunded in the next bill - couldn't be bothered to call them up and plead for a £9 refund!
