Agreed. They are assuming it's only a matter of time until Spain score when its anything but.

Did Tyldesley just say that Spain had lost their air of invisibility?

Aaand they go and start the second half with some of their best chances. I'll stop talking.

Cech isn't Neuer, but it must nevertheless feel good if you are defender knowing he is in your goal. He's been a fine goalie for quite some time now.

I might as well elaborate a little. I don't think Hart, for instance, has ever recovered that presence and solidity he had before he had the bad spell which led to him being dropped at City. I always feel he has a mistake in him; and I feel he feels that too.

It does seem to be like a training session of attack v defence so far.

Yep, has great presence.

I can't be the only one that misses the much dynamic Spain side of 2008.

About the dullest game so far for me.

Czech Republic simply not at the races, and Spain seem a little lackadaisical.

I'll be surprised if the Czechs have a better chance than that today.

Does seem to have given them a bit of forward impetus though...

Oof! That would've upset the apple cart.

Fairly decent chance for the Czechs. Excellent delivery in to the box.

De Gea with a good save there.

I belatedly added this: I don't think Hart, for instance, has ever recovered that presence and solidity he had before he had the bad spell which led to him being dropped at City. I always feel he has a mistake in him; and I feel he feels that too.

Morata could do with a second striker hovering around for him to lay it off to.

Nolito's been poor.

Law of diminishing returns for Morata today.

He is also too weak on his near post, he gets beat far too easily there for a keeper of his standing.

That was a negative change for me. Should have sacrificed one of Silva, Fabregas or Iniesta to out two up top.
