I'm not big fan of hers, but I do admire that she isn't slating him and admits that the deterioration of their relationship was her fault. I do like a person who can be honest with themselves about their faults, it's an admirable quality.

She has been negative about him many times...but then did admit once that the relationship breakup was her fault....but TBH I think we all could have guessed that anyway.

Their "reunion" has already been scripted. That's why they were employed as cast members.
Not keen on Charlie at all.
I'm pretty sure her admitting the break-up is her fault is more of an ego thing as she can't lie and say she finished it so she tries to claim responsibility for it by saying she treated him like poop, she certainly doesn't want anyone to think it could possibly be anything to do with him not being attracted to her any more.
Her dislike of other attractive women is more than obvious, if she gets in the house can guarantee she will nominate 2 women each week, so I really don't want her in there either.
