Tonight's show was just appalling, but I can't help but have sympathy for those leaping around and shrieking in the hope that the producers will give them air-time and a "career". As a producer, how do you live with yourself knowing that you're exploiting and denigrating people just to earn your monthly salary...

Before anyone says it, yes I know they're over 18, and so supposedly adult, but they are clearly damaged goods who crave attention.

The show has such a yuk feel about it now.

Big brother does seem to have become a bit of a 'casting couch' where wannabes are happy to do anything to get a bit of fame and the producers know that and lap it up.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was suggested directly or otherwise that if you wanna be seen you got to show some flesh or even more as these showmances seem to start within hours of them entering the house and meeting each other.

Oh but hang the couple in this years showmance knew each other for months before going in and amazingly they both applied for the same show in the same year without knowing the other was doing the same, and more amazingly they both got in, and even more amazingly still they couldnt even remember they had met before
