I never thought I'd say it, but the last couple of days I actually haven't minded. They've focussed on the Housemates and Others just being themselves, without too much about the twists. There has been less emphasis on the Housemates' connections to the Others, the undercover mission hasn't been too overbearing and we've heard some more natural-sounding conversations... I've been disappointed too many times before to be that confident that it's getting better just yet, but I have to be fair, these last few episodes have contained what I've been asking for. I preferred the selection of Housemates last year, but that is just personal opinion. I'll never be one of those people who moans about everything for the sake of it.

There are a few things that have to happen for it to remain like this. I'd like normal nominations without twists (nominations twists are okay sometimes, as long as they don't happen every week and as long as they aren't designed to benefit any specific Housemate over others) and I hope BB doesn't immediately try to manufacture 'drama' when it reaches a quiet patch. I'd also love them to bring the shopping budget back because it would be wonderful with these guys, but I don't think that will happen. Maybe next year if we're lucky...
