That's the value of that company which, has has been pointed out, is just a residents association.
One of his former companies is worth quite a bit - £1.7 million.
Although again, that is no measure of his personal worth.
IIRC his money comes from property in London which is presumably rents out. I can certainly see that making a load of cash.

He also claimed to Jayne that he was running the main house. IMO he is broke has delusions of grandeur. He got very cagey with Natalie about exactly where he lives. He looks like an idiot with his ill fitting wig and his reaction to Andrew and Ryan was off the scale. He has issues about losing control. His "partner" does not even live in the same country.
He is typical of many people of today..living in a world of credit and bragging of a lifestyle that in hard cash just doesnt exist...just far more exagerrated than most.
Im maybe too old school..I save for things..use my credit card for tickets etc and pay off immediately,drive a car I pay for outright (its not fancy) and have 2 years left on my mortgage..my head hits the pillow at night and I sleep easy..if I owed thousands on three different credit cards,was still paying for a sofa Id been sitting on for 5 years and drove a car that was going to take me 5 years to pay for Id be a nervous wreck!!!!!

I now remember him! I have met him this was many years ago almost 10yrs ago. My ex worked for him. He has a studio in London west end. My ex was a student at the time worked in the summer for him. She was on the phones calling people who had filled out some form for a chance to win a photoshot. She gave up the job after a month

They had foot soldiers who approached girls in the west end - Oxford st. They will start of as a questionnaire asking about beauty etc and then pitch a beauty make over. Then offer them a chance of a free photo session. They get the unsuspecting girls name and address and pass them over to the sales team. Sales team calls them in inviting them for a photo session - prices are around in the hundreds. Think he was getting 5 - 10 bookings a day. not sure. My ex quit as she got the dead leads while his older staff had the fresh leads/ hot leads.
He seemed a very unassuming character back then.
