I remember before the tournament most people saying three points should see you through as one of the best third placed teams. I'm starting to think 4 points might not be enough.

Pretty big distinction really. If you went into certain pubs in Belfast and called the people there Irish you might not be leaving. There is no excuse for getting names of countries wrong they are un-changeable facts.
