A draw and they're both through. With no incentive on their next match. NI need Poland to beat Ukraine next.

The Germans are still tough to beat, but have dropped a lot from the last World Cup.

I think we were disappointing this evening. It was like a training game and at times depressing. Some times you think you must just turn up to win. And this is not so, Poland had a few openings, still, four points from two games can be satisfactory.

wouldn't have picked this one as the first goalless draw of the tournament... what a dud this one turned out to be.

Well it wasn't quite West Germany - Austria 1982 but it was still a match where both teams had more than one eye on securing a draw.
Saying that, Poland made the clearest opportunities to win the game and Milik turned both of them into possibly the worst misses we'll see in Euro 2016. |

Ukraine out then. NI guaranteed third, but not necessarily through.

Bit of a yawnfest that one. But at least it's taken 18 games to get a stinker.

If they lose, they'll have three points and a negative goal difference - which could see them edged out as one of the third place qualifiers. |

Lewandowski is the face of T-Mobile, Huawei, Gillette, Head and Shoulders and Coca Cola in Poland, dude is a national treasure over here.

Think it would have been a better match if it had been a knockout game. Both sides would have gone for it.

Three of my golden boot bets on show. Gomez is watching most of the tournament, Milik's bagged one but should have three by now, and Lewandowski's just not got started yet. Thankfully my other pick is De Bruyne of the can't miss people's choice Belgium, so I'll be quids in come July.

Poland still showed enough to suggest they will be a difficult opponent for anyone in the knockout stages

Poorest game so far in the tournament, Germany simply had no answer to the way the Poles crowded them out.
