Really proud of the team, playing with lots of heart and attacking intent. We can do this!!

So much better from Northern Ireland.

Whereas on Sunday they were sitting back in their own defensive third and letting the Poles just relentlessly come at them, today they're pressing Ukraine in midfield and moving the ball more quickly into attacking positions.

Has to be said, though, that the Ukrainians made it pretty easy for them in that first half.

The commentator is right calling it tight and cagey but NI have had a few encouraging moments. A bit more composure with the final delivery and inside the Ukrainian box and there is a goal here for them.

They're poor but they had a few moments of serious danger against Germany so I wouldn't take anything for granted.
N.I put a lot into that 1st half, hope they don't tire & get caught on the break late on.
All to play for.

Northern Ireland looking the more likely - they have to start taking their chances though. Really surprised how poor/uninterested Ukraine look, they are there for the taking on that first half showing ...

I think the spray can is a bit futile in this weather, ref.

Just about held onto that. Could've easily gone in with these naff conditions.

Ooh, McGovern nearly spilt that!
Ball is bound to be so slippy right now.

Probably good to have a few pops from range and follow it in.

Ukraine have woken up suddenly.
Just like the German match; they can't seem to play to their full potential until they go behind.
