Hey hey! Here are some (extremely v short) introductions for my acts.
I can’t actually express how much I’m in love with my first act. They’re an act I’ve been following since the release of their first EP about 3 year back now! Since then they’ve released 3 more EPs, had a hit album and had an American/European-wide tour (which I actually went to!) - I'm so proud of them <3. The band combines influences ranging from folk to indie rock and electronica from The Verve/Mumford and Sons to The Killers/KoL (one of many reasons why I adore them)!! Their album is full of diversity from songs that you imagine playing on a chilled out beach holiday, to some really passionate and emotive classic rock songs to some futuristic synthy dance rock songs that I could imagine being played in Koko (I miss Landun <3). The lead singer’s voice is to die for as well – they have so much passion/grit and that Roo Panes-esque rasp is incredible. I hope you all enjoy them (I know Louise will! <3) and what I do with them (lol).

For my second act, I’ve chosen a band who bring together so many different styles and genres of music together. From indie rock/electronica to hip hop/R&B, they’re so diverse and versatile it’s actually difficult to pin them down to any one genre and I love that uniqueness about them. They create this downright sultry, seductive atmosphere in each of their songs which I just love. The production is so damn clean and well done with so many different layers (some subtle, some intense) which I love; each song has this catchy, distinct hook to it which is just so addictive to listen to. The stories they portray with their colourful (and sometimes v sassy) wordplay and beautiful sepia toned music videos are amazing. Finally, the lead singer’s voice just reminds me of sex (a bit like Theo from Hurts so you can already imagine how much I love them

). They released their album ‘I Love You’ to universal critical acclaim, released their second album ‘Wiped Out!’ to critical acclaim (finally) and have millions of fans worldwide (some of you included) and it’s finally time for them to be part of NTA! They’re so SO cool and so hawt.
