So the semi-final vote was a closely fought contest, with most acts falling in and out of the bottom two at one point or another. Rhodes registered another big win showing themselves as the favourites to win going into the finale, with Zara also doing well and Walking On Cars managing to rebound. Our eventual second place Josef was very close to elimination at the final 6, but managed to just scrape past Rae and Coasts, who both were bottom of the vote (though Rae had more 6's in her vote). This was definitely a shock to me as neither had been in the bottom 2 before and had stayed strong in the vote – but it meant we also said goodbye to Roxie's final act just before the final.
