I don't know what great insights this Daniel has, but Oscar Wilde being an audience member couldn't turn this show around
He said, about Andy, that you need somebody 'normal' in there to counter-balance the madness and that Andy should (and will) remain there until the end. Obviously not a direct quote, but that's the gist of it.
