The game will also be broadcast online at ITV Hub and on BBC Radio 5 Live and talkSPORT.

Of all the sides in the first set of matches Italy were the ones that probably impressed the most. The Azzurri go in to this game unbeaten in their last 11 competitive matches. Amazingly though, they have never scored more than 2 goals in their previous 34 games at a European Championship.

Sweden's last victory against Italy came back in 1998. They have only won 3 of their last 15 matches at the Euros.

Italy's performance against Belgium was, for me, the most surprising and enjoyable of the tournament so far, while Sweden's unimaginative, dull play against Ireland was one of the worst. If both teams play in the same way, I hope Italy thrash Sweden.

I think the entertainment value of this game will hinge on how Sweden approach the game. Italy will be happy with a point and will probably look to hit Sweden on the counter. Sweden, knowing this, may decide to wait until the last 20 minutes before the push for the win, meaning we could be in for a dull affair.

That's a fair call. Like Germany last night (which is why I gave that match a miss), Italy will do what they feel is necessary to progress in the tournament, they are not there to entertain the likes of me. I've nothing polite to say about Sweden at the moment, other than they are probably the tallest team in the competition, so I will wait and see what they serve up this time.

i love how casual fans were blowing up twitter with talk of this being such a terrible italian team and then 90 mins later saying it was performance of the tournament and they can win it lol

it isnt the best squad ever no, but it is alright and in conte they have a very good manager who will get them to leave it all out on the pitch every game. they have a chance for sure.

Disappointed with last night's game for many reasons, main one being I had an accumulator running with both teams to score on it and Germany and Poland was the 4th leg out of 8, so still a fair bit to go to win. I was hoping Poland would score first to give the Germans a bit of a kick up the backside, so when Milik missed his sitter right at the start of the second half, I was upset.

As for Sweden, they started to play alright once they went down a goal, their best player over the whole game was Olsson, the Norwich LB, which says a lot about the performance.

Sweden:
Isaksson, Johansson, Lindelof, Granqvist, Olsson, Larsson, Ekdal, Kallstrom, Forsberg, Guidetti, Ibrahimovic.

I think Italy could play at 70% of the level they were at against Belgium and still win this fairly comfortably.

The Irish proved for the most part that Sweden pose little threat if Mr Ibrahimovic is neutralised.

hopefully italy perform like they did in the first game again but wouldn't surprise me one bit if they don't... gut instinct says score draw for this one.

I know we've said it all before but that Italian national anthem is something to behold. Just wonderful.

Brilliant isn't it, although I still prefer the Russian one.

So there was a storm and everyone left the outdoor event which means I can watch the match.

I wonder if Ibrahimovic will get away with as many fouls as he did against Ireland when he should have been yellow carded on two occasions and wasn't even penalised.

To me Italy look in another league compared to Sweden, but that is no guarantee of outcome.

Quite even so far bar the spell of pressure that Italy had at around the 20 minute mark.

Ibrahimovic fortunate to escape injury from that foul but Sweden, as usual, are unable to make anything of the free kick. That's 120 minutes of football from Sweden without a shot on target. Are they relying on own goals to secure points?

Italy seem like they're set up to attack on the break like they did against Belgium but Sweden aren't much going forward at all so there isn't much by way of opportunity either way.
