I'm using iOS 10 beta on my daily device, iPhone 6.

I've deleted Stocks, Tips, Videos, Compass to name a few and none seem hidden to me. If they are hidden then they're hidden well as I've not seen them since I installed the beta after WWDC and I have all my icons & folders on 1 page.

As they stated at WWDC any of the default Apple apps that are removed are available to reinstall via the app store.
Search for one of the stock apps you've removed in the app store and then turn on airplane mode. go back to the app store and tap the cloud symbol to "download" it. it'll be instantly restored to your phone even with no internet or any form of data connection because it's still there - it's just been "hidden"

anyway, i don't seem to be getting any vibration alerts for texts when i switch to vibration mode so i might have to reconsider things overall.

Do we think a beta 2 might be out this week or will it be the usual beta 2 week schedule?

I downgraded to ios9 because it was too unstable for me (SE) and I didn't loose any personal data whatsoever.

Although now even though I'm back on iOS 9 and have deleted the update profile it's still showing there's an iOS 10 update in settings....how do I stop?

I've done this. And deleted the update itself but there's still a badge icon on Settings and it shows as an available update

Did you reboot the phone? You may have to reset the phone in iTunes.

I'd say the two week schedule will still be the same for this

Do you have a Developers Profile??

I have the Public Beta profile and it is NOT offering an upgrade.....which is as expected as the first "Public Beta" is not due to be released until some time in July!!!!

After deleting the profile you need to turn the phone off and back on again. Also check in settings - general - storage & iCloud usage - manage storage that the update has not automatically downloaded to the phone already. If it has delete it.

Mines stopped now. I deleted the developers profile and rebooted the phone a few times and it seems to have solved.

Yeah I downloaded the developers profile originally from the link in the YouTube Video comments at the beginning of this post.

went to the app store to re-download it and it grabbed it in literally less than a second when he'd disabled his internet access on the phone,
How could he go to the appstore if he'd disabled Internet access? Not possible. So he'd obviously not actually disabled Internet access.

That said, Apple have admitted that the apps don't actually get get deleted - just the data and the shortcut.

It's possible to have the appstore loaded up with the app in question and just press the home button. a quick double press and you can just select it to go back there, which is what i did.

It's said to be "July", so since that's from tomorrow it could be any day now.

It's a national holiday in the States so nobody around to press the button.

Well I'm disappointed that no one took the triple time offer to come in and push the button, damn them to the deepest depths of hell!!!!

Hi

I think there could be a Developers update next week, with iOS 10 Public Beta available the following week. Just a guess.
