It absolutely is. It effectively means Romania need to score twice to finish on four points. It is highly unlikely a GD of -2 will be enough for Albania to qualify even if they win by the current margin.

LOL at the posters who were saying yesterday that Albania were the worst team in the tournament. They played well enough against Switzerland and France to get something from either game and now they have a sniff to be in the last 16.
