The defence really isn't the problem here.
It will be if Slovakia score, which is looking far more likely this half.

Sturridge has to come off, he's been slow and lazy in everything he has done.
I'd bring Rashford on. He always seems to cause trouble for defences.

Still far too many individual errors, if we don't have a calamity tonight you just know one is coming in the Knockout Phase

Rooney for Wilshere.

Not comfortable enough for Barkley to come on then.
Barkley is on a par with Stirling

No point at all.

Its obviously the same thing Sterling is blackmailing him with
Dont tell me Roy is going to bring on Sterling to try and change the game

Defensive substitution from Slovakia, they're bunkering in

Of course, this point is the difference between them being a best third side and not.
Exactly - they're happy with four points in third. England are after first.

The next sub we'll probably see is Rashford for Lallana. Lallana's influence is starting to fade now, and with Slovakia beginning to park the bus, we may as well go all out with three strikers. Barkley/Kane for Henderson if that fails.

Thought nothing scared you rhumble. Unless Rita Tanner offered to be your chauffeur.

This is the problem starting both Vardy and Sturridge; we don't have much competent pace on the bench to stretch tiring defences on the bench.

Henderson with another ruddy awful cross.

Ah, good, Rooney is on - I said I wasn't happy him not being in the starting line up. However, I didn't think Wilshere would be quite so, well, poor really. Obviously lacking match fitness, I reckon.

Close - Alli for Lallana!

How many chances have they had? We've been so wasteful in possession?
