Hi

As per subj. Noticed this morning. Incoming calls seem to be fine as well as regular outgoing calls via Three network.

Any other Three in Touch users getting the same issue?

Cheers

Don't use Android dialer in 6.0.x

It doesn't work. You must initiate calls from the app.

If you're already doing that then I'm not sure.

Just tested it on my iPhone 6 and calls are not working.

"Sorry it has not been possible to connect your call".

It does work on the Nexus 5 with the built in dialer, though I noticed that it didn't work when I used a custom ROM

in touch is a piece of .. manure.
I gave up after it kept asking me to register EVERY SINGLE DAY.

I agree. It is kinda half-baked. O2's TuGo, lately renamed to TU, feels much more polished and reliable solution, works on multiple devices (phones, tablets, web) doesn't require an O2 sim being inserted and the call quality seems to be a lot better on TU as well.

TU Go and In touch are based on the same software, I think?

Nobody else's does that, you're rooted modded, custom though aren't you. Certainly not an issue that most have.

Are they? Not sure, never heard that they were but never hear they weren't so might as well be the case .

I've got both Three and O2 sims, and in my opinion TuGo is a much more pleasant product to use compared to In Touch.

TUGO only activates when there's no cellular service, 3iT activates if connected to a specified SSID
