I know what you mean, but I just had a quick look and Spain haven't conceded more than one goal in a match over the past year or so.
And they haven't conceded at all in the Euros since their opening game of Euro 2012. This is their 8th game since then.

Looked as though Sergio Ramos was trying to play the flick-on rather than have a direct header on goal.

And Morata was nearly played in!

Mentioned earlier how vulnerable the Croatian defence was to the ball played through.

Great finish!

Croatia level out of nothing.

Sergio Ramos let his man go ridiculously easily there.

Well deserved equaliser for Croatia.

Spain have been understandably sloppy knowing they are already through.

Oh, it's an equaliser! Good cross and finish. Croatia have done well to get in their faces when they can.

Could be an intriguing second half with Croatia knowing that they can still win the group from here.

What a way to score against Spain at the Euros - superb flick. I really enjoy the technical ability of the Croatian players.

Impressed with the way Croatia have coped without Modric.

Winning the group means avoiding Italy in the second round.

Croatia winner would give us Spain v Italy at the weekend

If they concede again and lose they will likely face Italy in the next round rather then a 3rd placed team

That sets up the second half of this match nicely.

I'd have said Spain will be sick conceding just before the break but looking at their shirts they already have been...

"They have free players in the box"

Well that's the problem right there you need to pay for quality

Ian Wright carrying the flag for England with Bilic and Matthäus - someone at ITV has a wicked sense of humour.

Clive Tyldesley is such a fanny. Trying to tell us that Croatia aren't through to the knockout stages yet.

They ARE through whatever happens tonight. How about doing your research properly on the particular match which you are being paid loads of money to commentate on, instead of pulling your pisser over England and Wayne Rooney all day.
He mentioned England finishing 4th in the group a few times during last night's game. That was mathematically impossible regardless of results last night.

Italy might be trying to work out if they can get negative points in the last match if that happens. Imagine winning your group and then being rewarded with a route to the final of Spain in the 2nd Round, Germany in the Quarters and hosts France in the Semis
