This is a real bug bear of mine.

Well paid players who are almost exclusively one footed. You see them running round in circles to get the ball on their good foot.

Real top players are two footed.

I forget who it was. Might have been a Slovakian guy last night. Got the ball clear in the left side of the box, but had to stop, come back to get it on his right, and didn't even get the shot away.

^^Well I suppose with all the money thats thrown around in the Premiership, you'd think England could at least produce 1 Bale, Ronaldo etc.

Once FIFA allow genetic modification of players, I'm sure it'll be a factor.

Yeah, last night in the Wales game Bale really went out of his way to hit it with his left foot and ended up falling over. I think if he had trained his right foot enough he could have hit it with a lot more ease.
I do think players, attackers mainly, should train their other foot as well. I used to be purely right footed and very rarely play football but my left is almost as good as my right and quite accurate, and I only really practised a tiny bit. I'm sure with even a modicum of training they could train their other foot.

Because it has never occurred to them to train...
