I have just had HC installed and everything is fine with the TV channels except pay per view films and the menu for this which show an unstable shaky picture.I contacted the HC helpline who surprisingly said "it`s not a panasonic is it ?If you have a panasonic plasma then this can happen because it`s on a diffrernet frequency" surely not.I e mailed pan who just said contact HC.I will send Pan another e mail asking them to confirm that they are not aware of any such problem.More interestingly the customer helpline said if the engineer can`t fix it this Saturday I can either cancel or they will give me a £12.00 a month discount which I feel is worth taking.However since it would appear they are aware of a potential problem with pans they should have pointed this out before I signed up.They will now also be receiving an e mail to this effect.Has anyone else heard of this problem ?
