How long is the journey from Notts to London? I'm Irish so I have no clue the distance between anywhere in England 😂
I have Irish parents was born in London and live about 50 miles from Nottingham .Depending where in London .About 150 miles.:
How long it takes depends where in London as it can take ages to cross London?

I would imagine he would travel tonight as although London is always busy. The motorway would be a doddle at night .If e waited till tomorrow he'd hit the normal congested motorway traffic. Not too bad his end but once he gets about an hour from end of motorway it's a nightmare in the day.

I can imagine it's dreadful! Getting in and out of Dublin on the motorway is bad enough and that's only a small city in comparison!

Oh are they going so soon? Wasn't it Disney he was going to propose to her? Although I think they're both sensible enough not to do anything before they're ready.
I'm glad for them if that's where they going?
Did the trip to meet up with Jason take place?

Never been to Mayo .I love Ireland but have never travelled round to see the places I would like.
I've heard the West is very nice . Do you like living there?

In the time I've been to Carlow changed from a small village with farmland all round it to what seems to me a sprawly town.
Always liked Dublin ! Soon I won't have much reason to go back.i n the sense of visiting.
Strange never lived in Ireland but I feel my Irish roots.
Now I'm based in the Midlands again .After a short stint in Kent!
Which is where Georgina comes from.
I like Nottingham and Kent has some very pretty parts. Its called the Garden of England.

I think they were planning to go anyway on a holiday but he wants to propose there too! He said he'd wait a year so I doubt he'll change that now, both know it's only early days yet! They're staying at Jason's this weekend, Disney trip might be another few weeks away yet but it must be sooner than we thought!!

Mayo is a lovely spot when the weather is good! There's areas like Westport (where I'm lucky to live near) which is a tourist town that are amazing when the summer is good! The views are amazing and there's a fantastic buzz around the place! Would tell anyone to visit if the weather was guaranteed good but good weather is very rarely guaranteed!!! Galway is a spot worth visiting too in the West, the city is a proper tourist area!!!

I only ever visited London for a brief few days a couple of years ago! I really need to see more of England! Brighton is meant to be a place worth visiting I hear?

Carlow is the same as a lot of towns in Ireland! Slowly expanding all the time! I know my own town is getting larger every year, more and more retail stores and businesses moving to the area!

Thanks for the links.I love dogs not normally that breed but something very good natured and funny about this one ! They're allowing bits of their life to be real to us.
I was brought up in West London .It would be the easiest side to travel to from the Midlands.😃

Thanks for info on where they're going.😃
Would love to visit Galway and now I know about Newport.Thanks.
It's not called the Emerald Isle without its share of rain!😉
Brighton is in Sussex and buzzes with Students. Its been called Little London for a long time.
Kent borders on to East Sussex.
At one time I lived in a village right on the border.

I lived in Galway for a few years! I'm just finished uni there and moving to Dublin next year for work! Haha that's true about the rain, we get a bit too much of it though especially in the west!!

Was looking to go to England for a girls weekend soon, might look into Brighton in that case ☺️

You'll like Brighton but can be pricey .Lots of shops and that buzz ! depends on what you want.😃 It's definitely a young person's place. Two universities😃 One very long standing Sussex !
And for quite a few years Brighton uni itself😃
I'd like to know what part of Kent Georgina comes from does anybody know?
