Portugal really are a shambles at the back.

As much as everyone was lolling at Ronaldo for the first two games, he could quite conceivably be at least joint top scorer within half an hour.
With the amount of shot's he takes, he should be scoring goals.

This game is turning into PES 2016.
Either that or me on Football Manager, as I do tend to conceded more than I should at the moment, which is fairly annoying!

Both teams have forgotten what defence means at the moment.

If it's England v Portugal you just know we will lose and Roy will get sacked for the decision to rest players in the final group game.

Yup, would be great to see them win it from here, if only for the almighty strop that Ronaldo would give!

Hungary simply cant keep possession.

Another Portugal goal is only a matter of time.

What a match. Nice of Ronnie to finally show up. Wouldn't bet against him getting a hat-trick here....

I looked up the highlights to that game the other day just to remind myself it actually happened.

Yeah, I still have a fair few matches from that tournament on my Sky+, including that match and the final.

With the other game level a Portugal win here will see them top the group and then it will be England v Hungary.

A hat-trick and still going out, would make for an epic strop!

He doesn't seem to be very well liked on here. As a United fan I am still angry that him and Tevez left right in their primes but pretty neutral towards him these days. I don't really care about hating him because of his character or anything like that.

suspect the note says score 1 goal to win the group.

Portugal have to keep on pressing for a win, they cannot rely on the "dark horses" of Austria. This ensures Portugal's wobbly defence is permanently exposed. Hungary would have settled for draw before the match started; they have already exceeded their expectations in simply qualifying from the group.

Really didn't expect such entertainment from this game.

If only Ronaldo wasn't such a self-centred jerk. Peerless technique and superb athlete but if he actually rallied his team rather than rile them, Portugal may have achieved a lot more.

Cracking game.

I just have a Steve McMahon in my mind with a finger going round saying "one more"!

Oh sure, as soon as they get it to a position where it's England v Portugal everybody conveniently stops scoring! Come on Martin Atkinson, give someone a penalty to get us out of this mess.

Portugal are one goal away from winning the group but also one goal from going out.
