I'm currently on an 18month contract with Vodafone which i started in October 04 and i was thinkin of cancelling the contract.

Is it possible to do this or how would i go about it and would i have to pay up the rest of my contract or somethin like that??

Your best bet would be to call Vodafone and ask them.

I guess they will want you to pay the remainder of the 18 monthly charges in one go. They might even ask for the phone back too (or worse still, charge you the full retail price for it!)

So your best bet might be to carry on paying the monthly charges, and give the necessary notice to cancel at 18 months. (That way you effectively get 12 months interest free credit, and you will be able to keep/sell the phone)

Or you could switch to the lowest tarriff possible to eak out your time left?
