Slow start from Wales. Their passes arn't too accurate so far. They need some magic from Bale.

The normal Welsh rhythm is really being disrupted by this determined Northern Ireland pressing.

Good effort Jamie Ward!
Northern Ireland making the better chances. |

Wales playing a bit heavy legged to me, as though the occasion has got to them, except for Bale - the boos from the N Irish crowd tell him and everyone else who they fear.
NI much more lively and seemingly comfortable with their game plan. |

Thought the atmosphere would be better than this.

Wales have been out thought tactically. They will need to regroup and rethink at half time and hope they can get to half time without conceding. NI need to capitalise on what I see as their evident superiority this half.

Stuart Dallas will be a big loss to Northern Ireland if they do make the quarter final.

I thought the last game was boring but this is dreadful. Typical British affair low on quality.

The hope that the knockout element would liven up the matches on their own is a forlorn one at this moment.
Chris Coleman will surely get into his side at half time, they've been way off. |

it's like two championship teams at the moment...
coleman has to change something, so far northern ireland's tactics are spot on & wales have no answer to it... |

Very disappointing match. But Northern Ireland have looked the better team so far.

Really disappointed at the number of teams who clearly have nothing going forward, and as a result we've got a lot of negative tactics, particularly from Northern Ireland for a 3rd time in 4 matches.

NI will be the happier of the two. Wales have been lacklustre at best.

Reminds of the sort a game I used to see in the old British Home Championship (Wales, England, Scotland, NI). No wonder I never missed it when it was abolished.

Quite flat so far. Two sides stronger on the counter; one has to take the iniative.
