Extra-time, then.
As it stands you have to favour the Swiss. Poland have just dropped off completely and look the more tired of the two sides. |

Fabianski is having a great game. Hart pales in comparison based on current form.

Milik is misfiring for sure but I don't even remember Lewandowski having a shot this tournament.

Thoughts guys...
To sit down, or not sit down?. I thought that surely tired legs should be kept active?. |

Poland can barely get out of their own half.

Goals from bicycle kicks are a rarity in themselves but to see one scored from the very edge of the penalty area - well, I don't think I've ever seen that before.

I did laugh when JP suggested the golden goal should be brought back - because that really made teams come out to try and win the game, didn't it?! |

Unfortunately you can't force teams to attack in extra time.

It's getting to the point where they may as well not bother with ET and just go straight to pens...or have the shoot-out first.
Having said that, that was a great chance for Switzerland. |

Derdiyok should have scored.
Shaqiri again the lynchpin of the attack. |
