Hi
I have a chocolate cake mix which is 300g plus adding eggs etc

It says to use 2 x 8 inch cake tins to make 1 big cake.

I just want to make little fairy cake size ones instead, do I need to alter anything?

To make the big cake it says cook at 140 degrees (fan) for 20 minutes.

Thanks

No, you don't need to alter anything, but I would say check them at 15 mins.
