When copying from nicam stereo VCR to nicam stereo DVD recorder...
should it matter whether the TV is mono? If the recording is played back on a different TV which is nicam stereo, it should be in stereo, right?
I want to copy my home movies onto DVD, but my TV is mono. I was just wondering if i should get a new TV before i copy them. There is one scart socket on the TV and it's RGB. |

As long as the signal is routed from the VCR to the DVDR and *then* the TV, then it should be no problem.

You mean TV to DVD, then DVD to VCR?

No he means VCR > DVD > TV.
Try connecting the SCART sockets as follows: VCR VCR SCART AV1 > DVD Recorder SCART AV2 DVD Recorder DVD SCART AV1 > TV SCART AV1 |
