Last 16: Germany vs Slovakia - (26/6/16) KO 5pm, ITV1/HD
Coverage of the game will also be broadcast online at ITV Hub and on BBC Radio 5 Live and talkSPORT.
10 previous meetings between the two. Germany have 7 wins, Slovakia have 3. They only met in a friendly last month with Slovakia winning 3-1 in Augsburg. The Germans have now won 13 of their last 16 games at major tournaments. They have yet to concede a goal and have averaged 71.9% possession over their first three games, the highest ratio so far at Euro 2016. This will be Slovakia's 8th match at a major tournament. They have only won 2 of the previous 7 and their goalless draw against England was the first time they have kept a clean sheet in those matches. |

Germany against a Skrtel led defence. This might not be pretty...

I'm not sure whether Slovakia will camp themselves around their own penalty area as they did against England but if they do, it won't work.
Germany have the quality to break them down and I expect them to do just that. |

Attack vs. Defence for 90 minutes with the German's to nick it 1-0.
With Gomez up front, Germany will need about 10 good chances to finally score the winner. |

What's with the half Zorro mask on the Slovakian player? Is it for a medical reason?

Right, let's see if Germany are more competent at beating a 10-0-0 formation than England. I think I know the answer already.

Good tip over, Khedira close with the header.
And then Boateng thumps in Germany's first. |
