France definitely rattled... particularly at the back, which wasn't a particularly strong area anyway.

This 2 cards in any game and you miss a game rule is beyond stupid.

Not to promote the dark arts but Ireland should totally target Kante now.

Haven't seen so many foul throws in a tournament before.

That must have been the 9th or 10th I've seen so far....

No, its a rule I thoroughly agree with.

It stops persistent foulers getting away with it.

I think this shows that the Irish win over Italy was no fluke : they're playing just as well here

Absolutely.

Not good to see Jeff Hendrick coming off.

It happens everywhere, see it constantly in the Premier League, I honestly think the referee's just let them go it happens so much. The number that don't go behind the thrower's head or have one foot of the ground is staggering.

I feel like this is an attempt to take the sting out of the game more than anything.

If it is, it's working perfectly.

French are way too central. Playing into Ireland's hand.

Why do people act like Pogba is worth a world record transfer fee?

Pogba does come across a bit gangly at times, he's fallen over on numerous occasions in this tournament and now he's given away a penalty.

Juventus are living in a dream world if they think he is worth Ronaldo/Bale money.

What a chance for Duffy!

The French defence are all at sea marking those set pieces.
