I'm sorry if this has been asked elsewhere but the search bar shows up no results. I've been tasked to make gluten free fairy cakes and every time I've tried I've ended up with almost like a 2-layer cake which is denser on the bottom and fluffy and lovely on top. They're still edible but I'd love to have an even bake!
Any advice would be appreciated!
