Everyone was saying Italy had no chance before the tournament started.

Wonderful win, wonderful performance.

Cancel everything for Saturday night - it's Italy v Germany. I'm salivating already.

Chelsea might be waiting a bit longer yet for their new manager .

Spain I felt the media went overboard on after they beat turkey .

So many of this side need replaced.

These two are in the same World Cup qualifying group you would fancy Italy to win the group

It was said Italy have the worse squad they've had in years..well certainly not on that evidence.

Great performance - the tie v Germany should be a cracker.

Chelsea fans must be pleased/encouraged with how Conte has set up his side.

Are we seeing the end of the great Spanish team
I believe so. They need younger players and a new direction /vision. I don't think this team is united; well like they used to.
Best game of the Euros so far?
No Portugal vs Hungary is still the best game of this euro so far; imo.

Just wanted to add to the general admiration for Italy.......they are a joy to watch !

Even their rugged defending is fantastic in its own way.......

Get a manager as passionate and involed as Antonio Conte, a guy who has played the game with the same passion.

Get a back four who play for the same league side, who have an almost telepathic bond when they play.Italy can do it but it'll never happen in English footbdall.

Get a team of players together but only pay them on performance !!!

Forza Italia

I expect Vicente Del Bosque will leave his post after these Euros

He has done a great job for Spain winning the World Cup and the Euros

But i feel Spain need a manager who can take the team forward because that great Spain team that they had is gone and they need a new manager to build a new team
