I thought Rylan did very well standing in for Eamonn, but of course he was with Ruth who is such a pro.

I like Rylan and think he has made great improvement since he first started presenting.
I hope he and Dan do well hosting the show.

I can't complain about this little smidgen of nepotism when Dan Baldwin seems to think his giggling, squeaky-voiced wife needs to either the host or a guest on every show he produces.

But his husband isn't a TV Presenter.

Imagine these two hosting a show together. Neither will be the least bit interested in the guests.

Rylan was trying to be humble on This Moring talking about Friday and they two words Rylan and Humble just don't go together. IMO he is a pathetic individual.

Dan's presented on This Morning before. He was doing something only the other week on neighbourhood watch.

Eamonn and Ruth do the Friday show so they are standing in just for one week Friday I think. They often have couples presenting, like that Marvin guy and his wife (who I think are runbish presenters) so they are probably doing it for equality reasons and as Rylan is so in demand right now.

Why do tv producers think he is popular ?

I'd love them to be as successful as Fleetwood & Fox and then never have to see them present on TV ever again.

Rylan: Became known as a crap singer on singing show, but now makes his money as a poor presenter on several shows.

Because everytime someone posts anything remotely negative about Rylan there's a deluge of "isn't he looovely, he's the nicest person on TV, sooo genuine" ad nauseum.

Reality is he's a self centered, conceited, arrogant and manipulative diva barely able to scrape a few sentences together who was the most hated "joke contestant" ever on X Factor til all the judges started trotting out this "ain't he lovely backstage" dribble cause the show needed the public to back their lovable joke act or the fun doesn't work. You can still see little flashes of spite here and there.

He's tried to convince Eammon to go on Big Brother numerous times, sure it has nothing to do with Eammon potentially making a tit of himself and This Morning gig suddenly becoming wide open.

Rylan ain't the nice guy people assume. Those flashy white teeth are razor sharp. Sneaky.

Thank you! I've always been baffled by how she's EVERYWHERE on TV. This helps to explain it. Very attractive woman, don't get me wrong, but the baby voice? Sheesh.

I think it's extraordinary that people like Rylan get presenting jobs. He can't speak his mother tongue. His grammar is woeful. His teeth are farcical. He seems quite dim.

There are tens of thousands of young graduates with English/Journalism/Current Affairs qualifications who must thrown their hands up in despair at this bs.

The fame desperate cling on husband is awful. Still got to hand it to him - hes shagged who ever to get a gig.

If desperate dan manages to get exposure to someone more famous than rylan that he can seduce he will ditch hubbie like a used nappy.

Last time he was on this morning he looked terrible in HD and had the articulation of hodor.

Rylan is OK on BBBOTS, but he is awful on This Morning when he stands in for Eamon, or when he does his "Showbiz Gossip" segment (I'm a student, so usually at home in the mornings). I always mute the TV when he comes on because he's so cringe-worthy. He tries way too hard to be funny and he can't seem to speak coherently. Whenever he does an interview with a guest, his eyes glaze over and he copies Holly's "fake concerned" face - he isn't professional at all. He has very poor interview skills. He is not a good presenter at all on "mainstream" TV.
