It wasn't even a sly talk, whispering etc... full on who I nominated last week, who will nominate me and who will be up for eviction this week and who would be nominating them.

Turning water off for discussing noms isnt just a joke, its inept, talking noms could alter who is up and so effect the outcome of the show, they cannot justify something as serious as that with simply turning the hot water off - and letting the noms continue unchanged AFTER hms have been discussing them??????

I miss when BB were strict about rule breaks and the punishment for discussing nominations would be the whole house/that particular housemate automatically up for eviction, banning people from nominating, and in some cases cancelling their luxury shopping budget and giving them basic rations for the week.

Nowadays the only punishment for discussing nominations is turning off the hot water for an hour or having no access to hair straighteners/dryers. Pathetic.

I remember when even if someone was just there not talking themselves but did hear (Even if they were just walking past at the time) the others talking they got punished to.
