Hi everyone i wonder if anyone can advise me of a programme to root a 2012 Nexus 7?
ive searched and only 2013 rooting programme exists

Hi, I also have the 2012 Nexus 7 tablet and used the Nexus Root Toolkit, found here-

Its pretty straightforward and easy to use and takes you through step by step. I rooted mine and flashed Android 4.2 Jellybean with no issues. Let me know if you need any help.
