I imagine Hodgson is done, any ideas?

Perhaps someone with proven team-building skills.

Think it's going to be Southgate.

I'd rather go foriegn. Take Wenger please, you'll get lovely football at the very most.

I think a foreigner will get it again.

Stick with Hodgson, he'll get it right in the end.

Might it be worth giving Hoddle another go?

LvG is free, so is Blanc and De Boer if we are willing to go down the foreign route.

I would love to see it go to Ponchettino as he would get the best out of the Spurs players but I think it will be Gareth Southgate ( badger )

I don't think it matters. The problems with England go far deeper than who the manager is.

There is a Lack of real English options to be the next England Manager, if we are to go for an Englishman i would say Big Sam, if it is a foreigner maybe someone like Laurent Blanc or maybe even Wenger as i think he has taken Arsenal as far as he can and might benefit from a change of scene though i doubt Blanc or Wenger would want the job to be honest.

I've always fancied Glenn Hoddle to have a shot.

Rodgers isn't leaving Celtic. He just took the job.

Must admit i didn't think Roy Hodgson would resign so soon, i would of thought it would take a couple of days at least, don't know who will be the next England Manager but he had to go.

He had to really, there's not much point dragging it out.

ID want to give Hoddle another chance too, he was only relieved of his position because of something he said, which I AM sure he regrets now. He is probably the best English person for the job, if we were to go for a foreign coach I would back Wenger 100%

Not sure how much of a shock resignation it is seeing as though his contract was up.

Oops wrong thread

Big Sam or Pardew, or yeah whatever even Hoddle, I don't care. Just a tip, you don't need to pay someone £3.5m or whatever it was either.
