I was fearing for Andy's life for a while there but they ended up hugging
yes, I feared that Jackson was going to 'mash potato him up' or whatever the phrase is
LOL! I thought for sure man dem gonna mash-up dem place "or sutin" but in the end the dear boy simply proffered an apology! Such a sweet young man.

Yes he did, even a little sway of the arm as well.
More Ali G than Warren G . don't these people realise how ridiculous they look and sound ?

I've met a lot of gangstas, always crap me up when they start talking, also Jackson hasn't done it but why do they feel the need to cradle their balls?

He's getting his street talk in while he can. Bear in mind he'll have to don a doublet and breeches, bow low and tug his forelock for Georgina's Mater and Pater 😆

I live in the same area that Jackson is from (the posh end, obvs ) and I have never heard any locals talking like him - mandem?
I'm assuming you don't hang with the 18-24 age youth of the area then 😉

I think if the poster lives there he would expect to have heard such talk on the streets, public transport, in the shops etc, no? Or do these folk only get together at each others' houses, travel there alone, and speak as little as possible on the way? Genuine question if badly put, but I think/hope my point it's clear, your insight is welcome for me

I know nothing about Jacksons background but its possible that one of his parents was Jamaican and consequently and quite understandably he grew up with dual linguistics as many people in multicultural britain do these days.
Its also possible that he really is a serious proper gangster and therefore quite entitled to act like a true OG.
Also its quite possible that he bumped his leg and therefore totally reasonably is walking with a limp.
Never been to Nottingham myself , i live down the posh end of the country
We're getting electricity next week...

Jackson also said "Ting"

'This is peoples' lives they're messing with,' he bemoaned. 'That's my girl, innit. Who does that sort of 'ting'?'

I know you say you're Jackson's mate but I'll take your word for it, it's been a long time since I've been in Nottingham. I'm just surprised other posters who say they live there say they've never heard it.
