Are we BB,s social experiment
This year I feel that we are being manipulated by BB, my reasons are :-
1st eviction, Marco was featured heavily for the first 10 days, he gets evicted, 2nd eviction Natalie gets featured heavily and all they show is arguments etc no fun stuff she gets evicted, 3rd eviction Georgina gets featured heavily, all they show is arguments yet Andy nominates her because she is to happy, his words not mine, looks like she will be evicted, I think we are all being p,aged xx |

Yes. We're the ones who get our two minutes of hate on a Friday night.

The viewers and voters (in particular) have always been manipulated, part and parcel of the show. Nothing new.

Absolutely, and it's been the main purpose from the show since day one imo.
It's not just in the edit. It's the selection of HMs, the design of the house, everything. Some elements may be more obvious this year, and have been made even more extreme, but in general it's always been the pattern of the show. |

Without live feed it's complete manipulation. It's the use them up and throw them away vote to evict style. I've never wasted my money voting anyway.

A lot of what is most interesting, eye-opening and informative about Big Brother is how the audience reacts.
And reactions have causes...they don't arise out of the ether. |

Yes, it is all about how many of us BB diehards they can possibly piss off in a single season. For me I don't like the constant arguments and the baiting of HM's with vt reveals and tasks just to cause friction and arguments. What is wrong with watching HM's having fun, clever tasks, enjoying the experience so us viewers actually enjoy watching it!

They were just taking the piss when they arranged for Helen Wood to win.

They certainly gave her a(n un)fair crack at it! It was a blatant fix to keep a nasty individual in all series who'd attract headlines and viewers during the World Cup because of the Rooney connection, for me.Quote:
