Week 1/2 she was between 5/1 and 8/1. She went to 15/1 last week when her Jackson story started.

She's now 80/1 to win

Typical. I don't know why her odds were ever higher being that she's committed the heinous crime of being both female and posh. It was a dead cert she'd be booted out to a barrage of boos very early on.

Being posh and female didn't make it a certainty. Having all the charm of a seriously grumpy death adder is was made it a certainty.

This is not a crime and no-one is evicting her for it. We've had plenty of female winners. And "posh" (if you would even describe her as that?) HMs who have gone far. Not to mention she was getting cheers from the crowd just a few weeks ago while she was still "female and posh". So the idea that those are the things that have turned people off to her makes 0 logical sense.

The crimes she has committed are being moody, possessive, jealous, hypocritical, and mean. THAT is the reason she's gonna get the boot.

She's still 16/1, 20/1 and 33/1 on some sites. But I think the 80/1 has the right idea, she won't last past Friday.

Hmm. There have been 7 female winners in 16 series. That's quite close to half. But none of them have been posh; and I'm struggling to think of posh HMs who've gone far. (I don't think we've seen many post HMs at all.)

Still, I don't know of any pattern of posh HMs being disliked. Perhaps the chameleon212 has some examples?

In any case, Georgina seemed more posh at the start, when she was popular, than she does now; and as you say, she was getting cheers from the crowd just a few weeks ago.

Examples I was thinking of when I made my comment:

Freddie was posh and he got to day 72.

Gina was arguably posh... maybe not... but she was at least rich and stuck up and came 3rd!

Nick acted posh in his VT and comes from a rich family with a large house, swimming pool, etc. etc. He lasted to the final too.
