Some posters on these forums will defend the older housemates, like Natalie, Jayne and Andy, to the death and refuse to hear a bad word said against them even though they are all twisted and nasty people with agendas and have all been horrible throughout their time in the house.

When it comes to the younger housemates, such as Alex, Jackson, Lateysha and Sam, they can do no right and are constantly criticised by forum posters for nothing whatsoever. Alex and Jackson in particular are real gentlemen and they are both nice people and good housemates.

I think it shows what the average age is of many of the nasty folk posting on here with not a nice word to say about anything because all the negativity is aimed at the younger housemates who have done little to deserve it and the older housemates who have been demonic are defended to the bitter end.

I don't see all that much love for Jayne either.

no one could ever tell by my posts what age i am. I like younger housemates and older house housemates - if they are not nasty. I like Andy and Jason but not Nathalie. I like Hughie but not Sam. What does that say about me?

I don't support HMs because of their age, I support them because of how they come across.

I like Jayne because I don't think she has done anything to warrant such criticism.

I dislike Chelsea because I find him vindictive and nasty.

I'm 27 and I hated Natalie. I feel sorry for jayne and Andy and think they, especially Andy, are decent people.

As for the options you gave. I think lateysha is hilarious and really like her. Alex is boring. Seriously I don't think you needy To be old to have that view. Jackson is an aggressive waste man - aha gotta use his own language to describe him! And Sam? Yeah who is that again?

The way I see it is this. There are many members of this forum, young, old and all ages in-between. Some like the good-looking ones, others like the deep thinking housemates. A few want to get rid of the quieter housemates, others prefer to have the nasty ones leave. There are people of varying ages in each and every group.

Some people like to post more humorous comments, others like to do some in-depth analysis; some post from the gut, others think it over long and hard.

We are all here to give our opinions, whatever that may be - there is a myriad of FMs with a diverse range of opinions and a plethora of posting styles.

So really, saying the older FMs prefer one lot of housemates over the other because of the FM's age is rather a simplistic way of looking at the forum, and far from the truth to boot.

It's also a bit of an insult to the younger FMs I would say.
