They all backtracked when Alex strolled into the room tho...Alex will now look like the innocent one even tho he really was greedy with the booze.

You never win an argument by shouting in peoples faces.

That;s the way he is. That does not mean he is wrong.

It's the only way to get any kind of human reaction out of Alex.

Hughie would be my favourite but I didn't like that.

Yep, I do think Sam and Alex stirred that up completely unnecessarily and wanted a fight. Probably with Ryan.

And I get that living with gets like that who seem to be in charge would be hard to stomach but that was too much from Hughie. Too aggressive there.

Those two stirrers got more than they bargained for there.

Sam crying now. What a load of rubbish

Of course Alex will play the victim now and play the game on the down low to avoid being evicted and ride it out to the final, hes the biggest gameplayer of them all.

Is Sam actually an adult?

Come on Hughie?

Think Ryan's already done that, hasn't he?

Agreed. I think Hughie's heritage is coming out to his detriment. He would have grown up in an atmosphere where shouting and fighting are considered the height of diplomacy.

It's an awful pity because, as far as I can see - and hear, in the middle of all the roaring - he's usually spot on in what he's saying. I wish he could calm the eff down.

Yep, that did not go the way he expected.

He and Alex stirred that all up and probably thought the evening's entertainment would be laying into some other poor sod but it royally backfired when he ended up on the receiving end.

Bet him and Alex regret stirring the pot now.

I like Hughie but I don't really see what he did to deserve to be cheered there. They all came across badly.

Unfortunately, it's the only way of letting Alex know that it ain't his gaff because that was his 'this is my gaff' moment.

Yep, I saw where he was coming from but by god he needs to tone it down a bit. 0-60 in 2 seconds flat.

I saw a clip earlier with him with Alex and it was irate - of course - but he kept a lid on it somewhat and got the better of Alex. Wish he'd left it at that.

I'd be very surprised if he avoids nomination next week.

After Alex did his stirring , and Chelsea and Co came in. Hughie was in full swing they all think Alex is Mister wonderful done nothing wrong.

Later in the garden Alex tells Sam he was in the wrong. Then the rest all laugh because Alex got Hughie to lose his temper .

I just love it how Hughie escalates an argument.

As his rage grows, he shouts louder and louder. And everyone becomes involved.

And Hughie has to be escorted from the room by 'heavy' Jason.

It seems Hughie only raises his voice in an arguement when hes adamant hes onto something other than that like with Lateysha hes sincere.

He showed Alex that he doesn't scare him one bit. Alex came in saying "have you got a problem?" to stamp his authority on the house. He was hoping everyone would keep their heads down and say nothing, but he got more than he bargained for.

It's the third time Alex has deliberately pushed his buttons, singling him out, making it about him, then when he gets the reaction he wants goading him, grinning smugly and laughing at him while Hughie loses it and gets hauled off to the diary room.

That doesn't excuse Hughie's reaction but Alex knows exactly what he's doing.

Hughie would have ended up being ejected tonight if Jason hadn't physically restrained him.

Not that my opinion means anything but they are both as bad as each other. Infact none in that house are innocent of anything. Sadly one will win, probably Hughie who i can just about live with.

I'm not a fan of Alex but when he went into the bedroom, he only had Sams stirring to go by.

Sam is pathetic, it's not the first time he's caused a row then sat back & played the innocent letting others do all the shouting.

His comment about the 'bum buddies' while he pretended to cry (whilst still checking himself out in the mirrors) showed how jealous he is of Ryan & Hughie!

Good on Alex for telling Sam that he was in the wrong though. I think he realised he'd jumped in too soon when Sam started whining about "how was I supposed to know you weren't in a mood about the fishbowl" and everyone pointed out that they'd just told him they weren't before he went out & stirred the pot with Alex & Chelsea.

The shame of it is that Hughies fiery temper means that once again Sams stirring trouble will slide under the radar because all they'll remember is Hughie shouting

Yep. I think this is spot on - I just read, however, that it doesn't seem to be working.

Apparently the FB comments on the video of this are 95% anti-Alex!

They're discussing whether Alex should be replaced by the moth or the zebra to give us a more interesting hm.
