Those who think it's scripted

It's easy enough to prod something in a direction the producers want. Whether through manipulation of outside factors or encouragement in the DR. Some of the these are clear z-listers, Ryan for example, he wants the airtime, he'll play along.

As for acting in general and audience's reactions, well that depends if someone is thought a 'goodie' or a 'baddie'.

In my experience there's the trinity:

1) At source there is none/neither (0)

2) As you say, they exist together (1)

3) They can also be separated and individually manipulated (2)

Cool!

Though, of course, we would both agree, (wouldn't we?), that such observations could only ever exist in a classical Newtonian or Einstein based universe and that, once at a quantum scale, different factors and realities would pop into existence .

In the quantum world, Big Brother would only be scripted when we were observing it and Jason's dog would always hold the potential to be in a state of being kicked by Charlie, not being kicked by Charlie or both being and not being kicked by Charlie at the same time.

The reason why it's scripted as one would say is down to one thing only, money. It's a business after all.

And also not even in the same room as Charlie and was at the other side other universe. At the same time.

In between servicing a PC and polishing off a packet of shortbread biscuits, I've just finished watching last nights BB Highlights on Catch Up and wouldn't regard any of that evenings offerings to have been scripted ... though it was a brilliant episode.

I get the feeling, for the first time, that Jason is playing a game and probably working to his own script.

He's playing the decent, considerate, quiet housemate archetype to perfection, while, all the time, continuing to ingratiate himself with the other housemates by being either the house agony Uncle, the hard done by Ex, the soft hearted big man ... or the, so called, firm but fair diplomatic club style bouncer.

Jason's script is playing out just fine ... from Jason's point of view.

When Ryan was arguing with Chelsea they were both standing up shouting at each other , then Ryan sits down and says "stop talking down to me !"
The case for a script rest me lud .

It's not scripted word for word, but it's easy to pinpoint what is planned as a storyline and what isn't these days.

The casting process is clearly long and extensive - the producers will only put housemates in there that they can work with and will provide them with good material. Certain housemates are put in there simply to cause arguments with no other storyline (Natalie this year, for example) however others are put there with a more long term view. Sam and Ryan, Jayne and Chelsie, Jason and Charley. I believe that the producer voice helps to nudge a bit of storyline progress along a bit, in broad brush strokes. Other things, like tasks, parties, rewards, secret rooms etc. are devices to ensure certain situations arise. I think, overall, the producers think of an outcome - be it a relationship between two housemates, to instigate an argument, or even in one instance a few years ago, to ensure a certain housemate wins the entire thing, and act accordingly to ensure that those things happen in a way which will be as entertaining as possible.

Having seen source first hand, been able to manipulate it should I choose (I chose not to, beyond a little 'experiment' of my own which was basically to spin the circle and see how the vortex around zero point creates everything, but I found it infinitely preferable to just observe pure neutrality) I disagree.

Newton and Einstein are both frauds. You will find nothing looking there.

Hope I haven't misinterpreted you and our signals are both clear

Yes, of course. But the HMs are still reacting and interacting as they see fit. What people here are suggesting is that the HMs are in on it, following literal scripts or faking storylines with producers and acting out the entire thing. Which is insane.
