Currently on Sim Only monthly contract but upgrading phone
Hi,
I'm guessing this is a really stupid question as I have searched the internet & this forum but can't find an answer to my question, or even that anyone has asked the question before... I joined Three a few years ago, first on a monthly contract with phone & then when the contract was up, I switched to a Sim Only deal with the same phone, as this halved my monthly payment. The contract on the Sim Only deal has just expired & now I want a new phone. I looked at all my upgrade offers / current Three tariffs for an iPhone 6s, & the monthly payment is over £60, which to my mind is ridiculous & I'm not prepared to pay that. However, I can afford to buy the phone outright. So, I have ordered one from Apple but suddenly wondered if I can just put my existing sim card into my new phone & everything will be hunky dory, or do I have to buy a new sim card for the new phone on a new contract?

If the sim fits the new phone it's carry on as normal, if you need a different size sim you can normally get them free from a Three Store.
